Sailing and Corona Virus

We are really sorry to say that following the Corona virus measures put in place by the government, Lochcarron Sailing club is suspending organised group sailing and shore based activities until at least the end of April, and possibly longer.

Members are welcome to sail their own boats, but any activity is at the risk of those involved. Unfortunately, we can't provide rescue boat cover a the moment and club boats can't sail without rescue boat cover.

Members are also welcome to do various shore based jobs around the grounds.

If you are down at the club, please keep a minimum of 2m distance from other people. Minimal or no use of the club house would be ideal. If you are sailing please change at home. If you need to go into the club house, please wash your hands any time entering and leaving the building.

If you have any of the corona virus symptoms, or have been near anyone who has, please don't come to the sailing club.

We hope this postponement is short lived and the club can get going again soon. Please look out for notices on facebook, or on the website.
