Please find attached an application form for Training Week. If you wish to have a place on a course I would be grateful if you could complete the form and return it to me, by email, at your earliest convenience.

 

We are having a meeting to try and finalise the programme for Training Week this Thursday so it would be useful to have some idea of numbers by then.

I hope to be able to confirm details next weekend.
