"Sink the Fleet" Fundraiser. Wednesday 8th September From 5.30 - 7.30p.m.

Many will know that, as a result of the cancellation of the Lochcarron Highland Games this year (because of exceptional flooding), our Club faces a big hole in our finances. This Wednesday we will try to raise some cash by holding the above event.

If you'd like to find out what it's about come along and join us -- just opposite the Lochcarron Village Hall -- and watch the youngsters display their sailing skills and capsize recovery. There is a particularly high tide forecast, so you should be able to see all the action from the pavement as we will be sailing close inshore.

Bring some loose change and tip the scales to earn the right to make them all capsize -- yes YOU could have the power to blow that horn!

 These are just some of the children who might have to swim if you are the one to tip the scales!

 Watch them sail a neat triangular course, capsize and then right their boats in unison -- until the next time! The more money is donated, the more often they will capsize, it's as simple as that!

There will also be a barbeque and our traditional Sink the Fleet stall as normally seen at the Highland Games. Please come along and join us..
