We hope to run one, or possibly two depending on numbers, RYA First Aid courses on Sat/Sun 7th/8th June. This is a full day certificated course.

Cost to be finalised but no more than £20.

Please note if you attended our last courses in May or July 2005 your certificate is now just about to expire. A First Aid certificate is a requirement for all instructors.

 

"This radio operator qualification authorises the holder to operate a VHF radio fitted with Digital Selective Calling on board any British vessel which is voluntarily fitted with radio equipment."

This is a full day's course.

We can organise this course at the club but because we do not have an in-house instructor the cost will be at least £50 plus £25 for the RYA license.

We would need a minimum of 5 participants

 

Unfortunately Paul Sleeman our Club Powerboat Instructor is currently unwell and unable to provide this course in the near future - we wish him a speedy recovery.

We can buy in an instructor from Findhorn however the cost would be in the region of £150 for the 2 day course.
